News – DASA Project – Manchester Deaf Centre

Manchester Deaf Centre have launched a new project to support D/deaf people in central Manchester who are experiencing domestic abuse and to support them in accessing safe accommodation.

The project involves Supporting D/deaf individuals who are in need regarding domestic abuse, living conditions. Working with domestic violence and homeless organisation to improve their services and make them more deaf accessible by delivering deaf awareness training. Delivering workshops and raise awareness of domestic abuse, Hate Crime / Hate Incidents, Safeguarding and wellbeing

We offer both face to face and remote appointments for clients. We are not a 24/7 service. If you are in crisis or need immediate support please contact the police using 999 BSL.
