Manchester Victim’s Voice Recruitment of Panel Members – Manchester City Council & Manchester Community Safety

End the cycle of violence Now. Your voice matters, join the Victims’ Voice Panel today and make valuable contributions on how to tackle violence against women and girls in Manchester

As part of this project, we are also recruiting survivors to be part of a panel, share their experiences and help inform future decision-making in the City of Manchester in relation to Domestic Violence and Sexual Abuse.

Your Role : Engage
You will take part in engagement sessions with other members of the panel from different backgrounds to discuss and understand the gaps within the current service provision and gather feedback to help improve Manchester Council’s DA services. In doing so, you will be sharing your experiences in using these services and whether it has worked for you. You would also share on how the service could be improved

We are looking for women, girls, men and boys, from diverse backgrounds (ethnicity, religion, disabilities, gender, sexuality, etc).

It would be great as well if your organisation could take part in order to provide information on the challenges faced by survivors in the locality, by providing information on issues facing with housing, safety, etc.

We are planning to have our first meeting on the 14th of April.

If you know of anyone that would like to take part please feel free to share, or let us know as soon as you can via the inbox of dvsa@cahn.org.uk.
Many thanks.
