Advocacy After Fatal Domestic Abuse (AAFDA) is a member of the Home Office DHR Quality Assurance Panel and is a centre of excellence for reviews after domestic homicide, domestic abuse related suicide and unexplained deaths. 
AAFDA offers consultancy and training including accredited courses for professionals. 
 
AAFDA has over a decade of experience advocating for families after domestic homicides.
 
Our courses and training programs are aimed at DHR chairs new and current Domestic Homicide Review (DHR), panel members and personnel working within the Community Safety Partnership or Local Authority Community Safety Team.
