Manchester's vision is of a city where abuse is not tolerated and many local organisations are working together to achieve this aim. They have formed the Manchester Domestic Abuse Management Group, which is working to:

• support and protect adult survivors of domestic abuse
• support and protect children affected by domestic abuse
• deal with perpetrators of domestic abuse and
• prevent domestic abuse in the future

The work is organised through five sub-groups - Communications, Accommodation and Support Services, Civil and Criminal Justice, Children and Young People and Training. The following agencies are represented on these groups:
