The helpline provides free advice and support on a wide range of issues including domestic violence.A face to face counselling service is provided on a sliding scale dependent on ability to pay. Outside the opening hours there is an automated service that provides information about: bars, clubs, support and social groups, womens groups, services available from the lesbian and gay foundation, health services, information on how to make a donation, becoming a volunteer and legal information.
