Responsible forManaging and monitoring  male behavior change programmes and delivering Domestic Abuse Prevention Motivation Awareness sessions with Perpetrators of Domestic Abuse.

Work baseRochdale with some travel required across the Borough*Due to current Covid-19 restrictions this role is predominately home based, however the candidate will be required to work in the community, attend face to face team meetings and one to ones (in a COVID-19 secure environment)
ChecksEnhanced DBS Check required and professional references covering at least the last two years
ExceptionThis role is restricted for male applicants only under the 2010 Equalities Act. RCT are applying Positive Action to recruit a male for this role because of the nature of this work working with men only.

Main purpose of the job:

To undertake assessments, individual sessions, and group-work with perpetrators of domestic abuse.

To liaise with referring agencies and actively contribute to risk management procedures and team working.
