PTMWA is a women-led organisation whose vision is to ensure that people, suffering, or at risk of domestic abuse receive appropriate support. We assist recovery by providing safe accommodation, specialist support services and by working in partnership with other agencies. We also run the only museum dedicated to telling the story of women’s fight for the right to vote at our Pankhurst Centre headquarters.

You will be the organisation’s operational lead for the case management system, ensuring that it is effectively embedded within practice. About the role:

Monitoring and Evaluation Officer – 1 Role
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic individual to support the organisation in the monitoring and evaluation of all services. The successful individual will be the organisation’s operational lead for our case management system and related monitoring systems and will be responsible for ensuring these systems are effectively embedded in practice.
They will demonstrate an ability to analyse and interpret complex statistical data and be confident in producing regular performance reports for a range of audiences. They will be curious and creative, enabling the organisation, clients, staff, volunteers and our partners to understand, enhance and improve the design and delivery of PTMWA services.
