TLC: Talk, Listen, Change is a dynamic, leading relationships charity based in Manchester. Our RESPECT accredited Domestic Abuse Prevention Programme (DAPP) is developing & growing, therefore, we are seeking to recruit enthusiastic, experienced, committed individuals to join our team. We are offering a part time position for 2 Domestic Abuse Prevention Programme Facilitator, hours negotiable (minimum 15 hours, maximum 30 hours) on a fixed term contract until 2022 with the possibility of an extension.

The successful candidate will join a dedicated team of facilitators delivering programmes across Greater Manchester, you will be working with male perpetrators of domestic abuse, undertaking risk assessments, delivering individual and group work sessions, writing reports and liaising with a range of key agencies. We have produced a short video to help you understand what it is like working in our team. Working with perpetrators is rewarding and it requires facilitators to be able to hold many competing interests, personal narratives and challenge thoughts that are barriers to sustainable positive behaviour change. Job Title: DAPP Facilitator x 2

Hours: Part Time Post Hours negotiable – Minimum 15 hours Maximum 30 hours per week

Fixed Term contract until 31st June 2022 with the possibility of an extension

Salary: £13.19 per hour (full time equivalent £25,378 – based on 37 hours per week)

Location: Trafford, Wigan, Greater Manchester

Accountable To: Head of Domestic Abuse Services
